It's causing this because your phone has unknow baseband due to imei lost. It happens when you reset efs or dial *#9090# and choose option one. You have to try this guide here : http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...-step-1961415/
Basiclly what it did was trying to downgrade the phone and get it temporary rooted and try to write a cert in. that's the only way good luck
