Hello.
Please try to re-flash your phone with this firmware https://www.boot-loader.com/app/webr..._PID1_0001.oct and then try to unlock it again. Also try on another PC.
Please don't forget to fully charge phone's battery.

i am facing same problem .... 11w34 ... flashed with your firmware then tried to unlock same problem.. tried with 2pc and 2usb cable

Unlock not succeded but after repair phone then again writie firmware now no lock phone is ok
