What phone are you connecting? What firmware version?
Did you install the drivers from manual?

i cant remove huawei id on huawei p20 eml-al00 it says activate required pack yet im activated pack 2 and 3, does huawei id require pack1?

sigma group when they are going to add this model repair imei P20 EML-L09

I have Honnor 10 for frp reset.
My problem is that my phone is not detected as Adb interface.

Any ideas?

Re-connect phone to another USB port and re-install phone's drivers.

I did hard reset , uninstal and reinstall drivers.
Now is ok and unlocked.

Re-install drivers, repeat FRP Remove operation using latest Sigma Software, v2.28.07.b2
