The RSA key screen does not pop in the new version, like in the manual video

cherokee2, wrong operation, you've made a mistake. Read the manual once again. Watch the video.
You just need to repeat the same steps.
Just did one P20 without any issues

I repeated the operation, restarted the phone and the rsa window does not pop up. I can make a video from it if you like.
