Try servicing phone according to the Universal unlocking manual for Qualcomm based device manual and post results in a current thread.

i am trying to repair imei of Vodafone Tab 3G, 7inch , its Imei is Unknown. i want to restore the Original imei , but sigma box says Unsupported

Latest Sigma Software version is v.2.14.03.01.
According to the log file you have posted you are using an outdated software.
Install latest Sigma Software and repeat operation once again.

thanks for reply , but i have a problem while installing latest version. i trird a lot of time. when i try to install the latest version v.2.14.03.01. exe , its says that it will be remove from your computer , i think its beta version, but i also know that some users using the latest version. but why not installing in my PC ? ??

At first, previous version of Sigma Software requires to be uninstalled, in order to install new one.
