I installed sigmakey 1.26.00 choked Fastboot mode there comes a message after I click Unblock Direct (Looking for S-Card ... Not found, No card readers available

Remove all and reinstall. I think that it resolve.

More likely that issue you're dealing with appears due to divers problems.
Try to reinstall Drivers for your SigmaKey and after that run software once again.
