Good morning.
I have a F930 which fails in all possible cases direct unlock, read codes, repair IMEI. I contact to see if it is possible to correct the failure to upgrade later, here I leave the log of operations.

Please provide us with such information:
Is phone locked to some network provider?
If yes, please sign what operator exactly it is locked to?
Also, please sign what is signed at the screen of the phone when you power's it on with not original SIM card.

Thanks for responding, but the cell is not network locked, only went up the log so it would look at all options that fails. In my case I just want to do a repair imei.

What CPU this EX440 phone model has?
If it is MTK based phone model, try to read phone backup from it and post here log file.

Currently, EX440 is not supported phone model for unlock purposes.
Please check list of all supported phone models by following this link.

New version of Sigma Software (v1.18.05) has been released.
Issues you were dealing with solved.
Now you can perform Read Unlock Codes/Repair IMEI/Unlock operations for your F930 without any problems using latest software version.
Don't forget to post successful logs at the forum.

Post log file from read backup operation here
