@ clone,

Qualomm based Alcatel phone models are supported for Direct unlock and Get Unlock codes operations.
Repair IMEI feature is not supported for these sets at the moment.

Motorola EX440, does some reading, always the error, I tried to read the backup calibration and fullflash of this error as shown below in the LOG.

Try to perform following operations:

Connect phone
Set "Baud Rate" speed to lower value (for example 230400)
Run Direct Unlock operation

After that post results along with the log file in this thread.

It did not work, I set the speed of the error at the end of unlock procedure:

Im customer Sigma. In my opinion usefull Sigma is dificult and strong. I need any box shell or supported model list with Sigma software. Maby like Octopus or Medusa.... B.R.doktorT
