Triple checked the Oem unlock data and it is fine, Motorola is not giving the unlock code for this model because they say that the mobiles were in another words, stolen from Verizon

In this case, wait an update from sigma to solve this problem

This is the unlock code the service gave me: 31324070 when I try to put the unlock code on it show up saying "Network unlock unsuccessfull"

I just bought a NEW Moto E5 Play with SW version ODPS.91.121.10. Sigma generates the code, when entered code FAILS.

In case phone has latest security patch installed, it can not be unlocked, at the moment.
