Look at the device manager the drivers is ok.

braham12, You should install the driver provided by the Sigma team only. Try repeating the same steps as on this video.

Try inserting sigma dongle into another usb port and repeating the operation of driver installing.

dont work......is a sigmakey new reader brand new from gsmserver.......say it all time.

im reinstall the drivers very times and it not is a complicate things....one clic install.

and it dont work.....please soport i have two days lost.

when imtrying to update the scard said it.

Disconnect SigmaKey/Box...OK
S-Card: 2817XXXXX Sigma dongle, v 2.04
Your Sigma dongle is up to date and does not need to be updated

so the scard is fine. only a driver wrong.

Perform following operations:

Reconnect SigmaKey directly to PC USB port, avoiding any kind of HUB
Reinstall drivers for your SigmaKey
Run Sigma Software once again

I have had the same problem with this computer. I have an Asus u32v i5 processor. I have reinstalled many times. Please help if possible.

I have all the correct drivers installed. I still get the Alcor error message. Driving me nuts
