chinaking team pls tell me is box is damaged already i installed old and new firmware but my box did not recognized by my computer usb anywhere in usb port but when i open chinaking tab it shown connecting error

reinstall your drivers, or check other system. If still same, contact your reseller.

sir i already did that installed driver i tried also in other computer but same problem cannot connect even in my 2 notebook and loptop

bro chek pin conector of box any have damage so then reply post pin good then reinstal foftwear and off antivirus

i used 7 usb cable i already reinstalled software and i dont have any anti virus

my pc is new 7days old

i trid also in my old pc 2 notebook i trid also in my neighborhood pc but still i dont think that this is a software or driver problem

Then if its HW problem can you tell us whats the possible cause, just to avoid other users also...an also tell us the possible problem so that we have an idea either we can fix this box in our own without sending box to supplier???

can this box show DRIVER when connect box by computer ?? IF NOT SHOW DRIVER IN DEVICE MANAGER,THEN CHANGE PL-2303 IC FROM OTHER BOX OR DKU5 CABLE.

TRY THIS IF U R BOX NOT CONNECT OR CHANGE CONNECTOR.
