you better ask your reseller to update your x-sim to 4.20 and and other lower version too such 4.11 and 4.13

I've same problem

Iphone 4s ios 6.13
Softbank Japan
Imsi : 4402081
x-sim versi 4.19

But problem every activating get unsupport simcard.
please give me idea for solved this prob.

after insert simcard and xsim and enter correct imsi and wait 1-2 minute before proceed activation and your problem will solved

Problem done. Every enter imsi must restart device ,after restart wait 1-2 min until bar signal and operator logo must show. After that,very easy to activation.
