Install necessary drivers

Run this cmmd to unlock nd relock bootloader

fastboot oem unlock

Fastboot oem lock

D855 is Lg G3 its not nexus devices

problem was the baseband & imei damaged thats why it stuck on startup :P also its partition was damaged

now it 100% ok and running Android 5.0 LollyPop
