If you can boot your machine into XP, based on that fact you will be able to upgrade (fresh install of Win7.
If you type 3 times wrong password you will get message on screen accompanied with 7 numbers ... post the numbers and ill see what i can do ...

Regarding password i am using pwgen-5dec if you want i can send you the file.... calculate for phoenix bios if you have 5 decimal code
