The second password from your list is the right one, are you doing the CTRL-ENTER-ENTER right after typing password?

All Dell passwords are for a QWERTY keyboard layout, but you have a QWERTZ keyboard.

Check Vern Bailey first post, I believe this Inspiron 15 5551 model uses System Disable 16-hex character algo. Do you have support for it?
