Master Password is case-sensitive, use NATO phonetic guide under password, followed by CTRL-ENTER twice (CTRL-ENTER-ENTER).

Have tried several generators, but no luck, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
It boots directly to a screen that says "Enter HDD Password" (8 Char Limit on Pass) After 3 attempts I get the previously mentioned information, no where does it show a suffix after the System Service Tag.
