I need help with my DELL Latitude E5500

I forgot my password and now when I start up my computer it tells me I need to enter a password because my system primary HDD is protected:

Other information on the white screen includes: #+++5VB07ZK5-2A7B

the Number shown on the white screen asking for a password to unlock the HDD should read : #***5VB07ZK5-2A7B

Instructions:
Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US). Case sensitive. Some units only require pressing <enter> after password, some require pressing <ctrl>+<enter> after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once or twice.

Looks like your options are limited to either contacting Dell support (They can help you) Here:

I need a hdd password for a Dell Inspiron N7010, svc tag 5LLCDNI. Hard drive gives system service tag of 14346 when password is incorrectly entered.

Any and all assistance with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
