Member: 1776142 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Htc One x strange backlight problem This is my first post on this forum. I have been reading a lot here and I find the information posted here very useful. I have a repair shop in Sydney, Australia. Hope you guys can help me. A customer came to the shop with a cracked touch screen on a HTC One X and the backlight was working fine. I have worked on htc one x a lot of times. I took the motherboard out and tested a new LCD/touch assembly without replacing the cracked screen to make sure the new LCD/touch was working. When I did test it the backlight was working fine again. Then I went and replaced the touch/LCD and when I closed the phone to test the screen again there was no backlight.. I have tried other LCD/touch screens and backlight is still not working. How could I fix this problems? Please advise Thank you |
