Unfortunately, for this phone model H960 firmware isn't available at the Support Area, we will try to find it and upload to the Support Area, if You can get the firmware for this phone, You can convert firmware via Octoplus LG Tool( Firwmare convertor button in Software) into *.oct file format that You can reflash the phone. |

You can try to read out QCN file from another correctly working phone (same phone) model and write into your device. Last edited by Octopus box; 03-27-2017 at 08:51. |
