Simply make Reapair IMEI following step-by-step instructions in phone's manual ("Cable & Manual" button in software).

So you guys put up a fake video on YouTube showing it works. That's pretty messed up. I just paid 100 usd to activate it so I can fix a phone for someone and you guys make fake videos. Lol. Good job.

It works, but not for all devices. We work on full solution, but it is not ready.

Okay this is how you do it:

1: Change or Repair IMEI with Octopus (complete entire process)
2: Flash NEXUS4 from file with QPST. (SPC CODE 000000)
3: It will give you error message that it cannot reboot phone. Reboot phone manually.
4: Flash NEXUS5 from file with QPST. (SPC CODE 000000)
5: Reboot manually again.
6: Write original or new IMEI using EFS pro. (SPC CODE 308508 to connect to phone)
7: Reboot phone
8: Set mode to LTE automatic and make sure apn is checked.

ALL DONE!!!

Here is a link to my server with the files needed.

Alright let me get this right, I have to restore the Nexus 4 QCN to the Nexus 5 then the Nexus 5 QCN file and write IMEI using EFS Pro

I don't know why u need to restore QCN file for Nexus 4 on Nexus 5. Should not flashing just the NEXUS 5 QCN be fine?

NO just restoring the nexus 5 qcn will not work. Been trying that for months. So I started thinking why couldn't I use the nexus 4 qcn since there was no problems with the nexus 4 network settings after IMEI repair. So i tried that and after the nexus 4 qcn was written to phone i could only select 3g (not gsm or lte automatic) but got 3g instead of 2g. Then I thought what if I wrote the nexus 5 qcn on top of it (Maybe there is a setting in it that isnt in the nexus 4 settings that is in the nexus 5 settings and vice versa). And guess what? It worked. Now the Nexus 5 qcn file in the folder I uploaded might work by itself now because that is a qcn backup after I wrote both the nexus 4 and 5 qcn files to the phone. But if you just do a back up of a nexus 5 qcn and try to simply rewrite that back to the phone after IMEI repair you will only get 2g.

This method works for me
Note:
DO NOT change any thing to the 2 QCN files.
just download it and restore to the Nexus 5
Step 6 is very difficult
It has to build the connection between EFS Pro and the phone first
only after step 5 you can bulid the connection.
That is all!!

Would you mind posting the link to the files again?
