i just try instal in my other computer..
and show protection error
what cause this problem?
driver allready instal without problem..
and if using updatedongle can read Card SN

but when run show this

What version of Octopus box software do you use? Maybe you use old version. Please download new version and update your card firmware.

in ,my other computer working well
just dont know i try instal in my home computer protection error
and still can run on my wworking computer..

Do you use Octopus box or Octopus smart card with other reader(without Octopus box)?
Do you use the latest version of Octopus box software at your home PC?

same problem..

SN read OK,update card OK.
show protection eror when run software.

use octopus_1.0.1

how to fix this?

Please disassemble your box and try to use your smart card with external smart card reader.

Remove the smart card (egate card)from octopus box and U can use the card any FTDI device. which u have
Then Run octopus soft... thats it.

I received my new Octopus Box from IP Mart and i installed my box software, Drivers and updated dongle firmware when it try to open it give me the following error

Protection Error and please check the image

please help me its really very urgent
