Hello bro, thanks for your reply but E5573Cs-322 won't start after flashing with 21.318.03.00.00 it stays in dead mode and the link you provided dont have firmware for e5573cs-322 so bro i think nothing could be done, any ways thanks for ur support.

Bro i had done as you said, first detect Boot 3g and load the usbloader-5573cs-322 in balong tool and two ports are installed and it goes into flash mode and blinking green lights and then flash with E5573cs_Update_21.318.99.03.00 and it says update successsful and detected as huawei modem and two green lights stay on, after that flash with Update_WEBUI_17.100.15.01.356_MRE5 and again green lights stay on and detected as huawei modem and it dont works but after flashing with E5573cs_Update_21.318.03.00.00 the two blinking lights stop and modem wont turn on and boot 3g will be detected in balong tool. it becomes dead in this step, and update wizard say error 21 retrieving information failed. sorry due to some error my screenshots are not getting posted

Same thing happens to me. ive tried atleast 20 times.
E5573cs_Update_21.318.03.00.00 always ends with error the Retrieving user information fails
No lights
but detected in Device manager and balong tool as 3g PC UI
No wifi no other connectivity

Some time this error appear when u not inserted battery during the unlock method plz ensure battery in cloud.

battery is always inserted bro, because it wont turn on without battery and it is full charged and still same error, I think the firmware package is not compatible with device. If anyone could find old firmware please post it.

your boot shot didn`t work, cos if ur boot shot work out will,ur imei will become 0000000000000 like this and ur serial nr will also become somthing like this 1234567890abcdf , so u have to try the boot shot again

Bro because I repaired it using AT commands, I thought that might be the problem, but it doesn't accept the upgrade firmware no matter what.
