He informed me about commcenter patch cydia source: apt.chinasnow.net
they got ios patch for carrier IOS 7 5s/5c only. I just try to change /var and the whole system stuck!!! I will change as your recommendation.
I don't know sprint/virgin ios firmware is GSM firmware, I thought it is cdma+gsm firmware!!! That why I can't install it.

I already have rsim mini and it not work, even more - with rsim mini USSD not work.

R-SIM Mini + plus was released more than 10 days back. Does it mention anywhere that it will work for Sprint iPhone 5c/5s also ? No.

See this thread where they scold RSIM team for releasing more and more R-SIMs..
