Hello All.. I jailbroke my Sprint Locked Bad ESN iPhone 5c.. After looking at the file carrier dot plist in the Sprint carrier bundles, I see the format of the ISMI of the supported SIM cards should be like below..

So, for Sprint, it is a combination of GID2 but RSIM takes only 7 digits.. So if someone can find out the GID2 and try it with AIO SIM by providing full string, it should work.

Also when I open AT&T Carrier bundles carrier dot plist , the supported SIM format is just 6 digit checks as below, which explains why the RSIM's are working for AT&T and others and not Sprint.
