After FRP reset phone not turn on
i had to disconnect battery and connect again
then phone worked

Need to wait after opperation finish 5-10 sec and it will start charging.
Also if phone not restart you can keep vol- and vol+ and power on till phone restart(10-20 sec).
Or....dissasemble, how you like more.

I'am just checked on Vivo y91c with same cpu, this phone i'am not have.
After exe finish operation(about 15 sec, wait for buttons to become active) phone start ok.

yeah i waited and held buttons ( i know these things already)
had to disassemble to power on,
purpose of reporting is , if possible find a work around so we can switch on without disassemble
no objection on your work, take it in positive way

Trick with buttons work all time , sometime help also inserting usb cable till you keep buttons.
You can perform reset frp only on this phone, this setting will restart phone.
And you can reset userdata after.
frp + format power off phone on opperation finish, only frp restart it.
