Inside atached by you nvram, field 0x1f2 contain simlock type 04, this phones always come with simlock type 03.

Posible phone was "unlocked" using nvram from other brand or phone have another problem.
Now many "unlockers" do this, breaking the phones after this opperation.

Inside atached arhive you will find 2 backups from same model but locked, you can unlock it after.
If this will not help, try to reflash this phone, including nvram.
In case of simlock type 3, you can write even factory nvram without problem, not need to carry about nvram like in case of simlock type 4.

If even this not help, you must perform hardware repair.

i restored the backup and what able to recognize the simcard and network provider however, my imei is all 000000s.

This version have security items, strange before not was like this.
And nv seems is unique, just checked.
Only differ from factory values used in mostly phones by default.
To allow write other nv in ithis phone need to preserve items.
Keep please phone for 1 day, will try to modify exe to accept this.

I was able to flash the phone turns out my drivers were too low 2012 upgraded to 2020. so i was able to flash to default nvram but imei still 0000s.

What i also noticed is my phone version is lower than yours yet i have higher simlock type. does support have firmware?
