nd make sure only 1 of nck dongle software is open only, do not try and open 2 exes same time

i contact my resseler he don t answer, ascogsm romania , after i used my nck dongle just 2 month, now no working,

after 1 week the contact me he say is my problem because i use windows 7 ultimate x64, but before was working.

he say try to use on windows 7 ultimate x32, i try but same problem no smart card found, maybe you can help me , alin_alin624 is my skype. thank you !

Here is nothing related to windows 7 64 or 32.
I'am use in my test pc windows 8 64 and it work ok.
My sugestion in this case.
Most posible smart card is ok, and you have problems with reader.
If you can't get refound from reseller, try to disasemble reader and check for bad contacts.
Also try to put smart card in another reader what support jcop cards.

every day after i start my laptop first time on that day i put my nck dongle in laptop and my nck module software start for 1 minutes and after that not responding , and i try to start again and no smart card found !
