#9 key doesn't work on T68i - GSM-Forum

Can someone help me? When I press the 9 key, it makes no sound or anything.

Besides, I don't know how to clean it...

Take the cover off and check the rubber keypad, and also check the connection of the rubber keypad to the phone itself. Chances are, you'll find something wrong there.
