it's the flash file.
you need to use files in fbn, mbn and unencrypted bin formats.
if they are in right format then the file is damage.

bro , i tried your method but not sucess phone dead , and try to reflash it via HWK and phone work but locked .. it's made me carzy !!

i tried to add main file (R1KG001_1250210_GENERIC_WI.ssw) via setool ver 1.11 , then i added file patch (Remove_SIM_lock_K800_R1KG001.vkp) . but no sucess , i tried to convert ufs to com port via directcom and flash it phone died .. any help ??

you cant use ssw files you need to use main in .mbn/bin format and fs in .fbn/bin format

Hmm no it was taking over half an hour so I stopped flashing.

I think the reason it didn't work might have been because I didn't choose the right "FS," it being europe2 and mine i think is europe 4.

I managed to find a suitable "main" firmware, however after much googleing i haven't had as much luck looking for the FS. Where would be a likely place to acquire such a file?

some times some firmware version dont work like they should.
if you want a europe 4 then look if some one haves it here
