emtpyboard flashing is supported for k700, k500, f500, z500 by setool2.

Yes 0.8977007 version of SETOOL support empty board flashing.....

yes, on emptyboards ONLY, it won't work on RED phones.

No you can't change imei on RED phones but you can have desired imei on BROWN/emptyboard/ phones....
