regarding sony ericsson ***** and ear peice not working - GSM-Forum

i have seen a lot of new sony ericsson phones like(w300 and k800) comeing with a strange new problem where the ear peice and ***** peice are not seems to be working at the same time
need some help and i am wondering if there is any other people might have come across with the same problem?
