V800.....freeze at startup with Vodafone logo on the screen...need help... - GSM-Forum

I got one new SonyEricsson phone v800 with fault:

-switching on but freeze with Vodafone logo on the screen,
-the keyboard light is always on,
-the phone is impossible switch off on power button (only remove the battery switching of the phone).

Unfortunately I don't know history of the phone (unlocking, flashing, upgrading...?)
Phone color: RED
Phone CID: 29
I couldn't find V800 flash files, but I found Z800 flash files for Sonics (it is only one software for flashing SE phones what I have).
How I can read in this Forum many people are doing upgrading V800 to Z800, so i thought these flash files will be OK also for repairing V800.
Sonics v.1.220 cracked is working perfect with the phone, only not accept flash files downloaded from Sonics official site Z800_r1ab014_euro_main.bin.snx and Z800_r1ab014_euro_fs_eu2.bin.snx)
When flashing need to start I got message:

"bad file, will not flash"

But all is OK with flashing with recovery file, with GDFS file, finalizing, change CID...

Finally I found flash files z800_r1y005_eu_main.snx and Z800_r1y005_fs_eu3.snx and finished flashing successfully.

But fault is same!
Only difference is the phone is unbranded, no more logo Vodafone, but the phone freeze at startup again with logo SonyEricsson !
Software problem or hardware problem?
Any advice.

I can't belive...is it only one V800 with this problem...?

recover the phone with cid29 ..flash it .after gdfs and unlock

if same..

then hardware problem
