hi iPhone5 only iTunes power on.
i try restore 3194 error
delete hosts file same problem?

Wich version are you trying to restore ??
Apple is no more signing iOS 6.1.4 , you have to update to iOS 7 .

error 3194 mean u trying this one old firmware, try the latest iOS 7 and you will succeed in your update

so we can not restore from ios6 to for example 6.1.3 or 6.1.4? Only ios7 from last week?

"Normal" downgrade is no more available , since Apple has stopped signing old iOS 6.x

ok i understand but still have a problem with ip5... inside some ios 6.x.x and i try to put 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 (by itunes dfu mode + shift etc...) and its the same error 3194 grrrrr

For now you can't .
Stick to your current version ( jailbreakable ) , or update to iOS 7 .

all time the same error 3194
- reinstall itunes,
- change pc,
- usb,
- edit "hosts" in C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/
no results

finally with ios 7.0.2 was without error!

Error 3 is usually reported as faulty baseband .
Post more details about your iPhone intitial state ( recovery , normal ... ) and from / to wich version are you restoring .
