Member: 2074111 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | error 3149 I have an iphone 5 that i want to factory reset after my ex-gf messed with the i5 pw and my Apple ID login details when we broke up. I am still in ios 614 and when I did try to restore it (I followed all the necessary instructions available I got from forums and youtube)under DFU mode, hosts editing and anti virus disabling, I still get the error 3149. Now I am hesitant to restore it by updating to 704 since I read from forums that this latest ios requires my Apple ID login so fully restore which is compromised already. Please advice me on what’s the best option for me now. Thanks in advance. Btw, my i5 is not jailbroken..Don |
