Then if you buy something who know where and who know from who, why ask support here ?
There only can help if you buy box from authorized ressler and that is from more then 10years.
Why buy from who know where and after write post like this for few usd lower price ?

Now you got only 1 option send box where your seller write you and pay for this.
I don't know from where you seller got box and no one know then only he, maybe from authorized seller or maybe this box is not original who know, in china can buy lots think, not always good quality.
If you want original and with support box you should buy it from authorized seller( I think you know this, you are 12years here).
