Dear Kadricom,

You can use different computers, BUT you cannot use the tool remotely. More specifically: the Samsung and PRO license can use 6 computers, and the Premium license can be attached to 8 different computers. (you cannot use the computers in the same time)

Dear User,

The problem is that you have opened a refund for the following transaction:
Refund of #38466729-49065768 Paddle order

Which is a PRO license. That is the reason, why your account is blocked.
How can you solve it? As we are missing the payment from the service, you have to re-pay the amount which was revoked.

In your case this is 1199 CRD / 119.90 euro.

Now as your account is blocked, you can re-pay it to a NEW account. So create an account and then buy the credits or the license (pro) to it.

Then you have to contact us again, and we will remove the block from the old account.

I did not claim my money, nor paid for myself, but before blocking my account I had to warn me of the break-in and send me a warning to make me understand your system that most do not understand, without warning you violate the law of contracts. Anyway, if you don't want to unlock my account it doesn't matter but I promise to do my best to advertise your software with phone repairers in my country and in Arab countries on all WhatsApp and Facebook groups and of course on my YouTube channel.
