1: First select correct model you have on USB, then use Exit factory mode.

Have you tried the repair imei button?
If your certificate remained correct, then you will receive the imei number back to working.
If your certificate has been damaged by sigma procedure or by other tools, then you need backup one cert from an other working phone and restore to your damaged phone

Sorry i mentioned sigma actually it was chimera. I went to load factory fastboot unlocked to do imei repair and operation said it will go to usb upgrade mode. But it hangs on logo and go back to usb1.0. What am i missing ?

In this case you will see a dropdown where you can select your current phone model. Select the correct one and chose "exit factory mode" button please.
After this your phone should be back to normal. After this can you send me a read info

Based on these infos your Cert. is correct and you should use just the IMEI Recovery function to be able to solve the issue.
