i bought chimira license because in support web site say chimera can unlock huawei p20 lite. but

Hi,

first of all I can offer you, contact with our support team on our website, when you bought the license only for that process we are able to refund your money without any problem.
On the other hand, when you can read here in a lot of post: When you device's security version new, process can not be done.
It is not secret, it is a global problem.
