perhaps, you run both NTool and OST LA in same time ?
or some other software ?

cause if OST can detect phone, NTOOL should recognize it for sure ...

we will see further reports, so far i can not reproduce such issue.

btw, if you think that "enter FTM" button in cracked OST really put phone in FTM mode, you are wrong.

can you execute next commands on this PC and send me output.reg ?

1. open command prompt as admin

2. enter next commands, line by line
Code:
c:
mkdir c:\temp
cd c:\temp
reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB output.reg
start .
3. windows explorer will open and you must see output.reg file, upload it and send via PM

4. if you are skilled in command line, you can do all this much easier

thanks, as expected, it is drivers - you have a lot of device drivers in your system and phone used fastboot driver from Google, while NTool want drivers from HMD

two possible solutions - either i'll add Google fastboot to recognized devices or you just change FastBoot driver manually in device manager to HMD's one

btw, one of most interesting NTool functions is bootloader unlock signature generation - it allows to generate bootloader unlock signatures for other users ...
