Hello
Repairing Verizon and other cdma samsung is too easy with gcpro.

Write good QCN, if you don't have search in mediafire support of gcpro.
Repair MEID which your phone have.
Check Readinfo UART for imei,meid & cert if all ok software issue with phone is for sure fixed.

if problem still present you can try other QCN you find on net and follow same step to get results.

Must do in same order to get result.
Must use gcpro to write QCN to get result.

It simple if it not blacklisted only put a verizom sim card ,when have signal 3g or any,then put your gsm sin card ,work fine for me

Here are 2 different version QCN files read out of perfectly working phones, with MEID/IMEI zeroed out.
It's a good idea to send the password 2009031920090615 before any read/write operations

Would you please help me with how to write a cert on SM-N910V? I cant see the way to put the cert in. all the command such as *#0*# ... dont work im trying to enable uart cable gcpro said sucessfull but It's still not enable. Note : my uart cables working fine on all other model when i can dial *#0*#, and also how to send the password 16 digit password to that model as well? and what is that password for.
