Watchout for these guys (CionGSM dot com) and milossimic is the same guy. I sent them $260 via Western Union to do a test batch unlock for 10 AT&T IMEI and they couldn't do it at all. When I call them, they pretended they can't hear me on the phone and then they try to 'sell' me their lame icloud unlocking software to finish the unlocking process. I knew it was a risk to trust anybody to send them money especially via Western Union but I wanted to give them an opportunity because their website did look professional but then also to see what kind of BS they were going to come up with. I asked them nicely plenty of times that if they can't unlock them then I want a full refund. I gave them 48 hours notice to finish unlocking or that I would post on this website, they chose to remain silent and so that's why I'm posting this on here.
