I will show you very easy way to QMobile hard reset step by step guide. 
All QMobiles Hard Reset Via Hot Key Optimus Sydney - Power off your cell phone.
- Next hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button.
- Then you will see menu with 2 options.
- Select first "Recovery mode" by pressing Volume Up key.
- Now choose from the next menu option "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume Down to scroll, and Menu key to confirm.
- Afterwards select "Yes -- delete all user data".
- In the end confirm option "reboot system now" with Menu key.
