From here u got a twrp recovery.

When u flasj a twrp recovery next step is whipe data. I think otherwise will not work all data will be lost. Do a backup.

just that you know, once the bootloader is unlocked, the bootloader cannot be returned to locked, only reloocked

I don't know, so far as I know is s-off on HTC u11 and HTC u12 plus and maybee another htc model not possible.
