You can possibly repair/write any LG Android Qualcomm IMEI and MEID.
Root phone, Enable Diag by UMT. Then Read QCN. Now Wipe EFS and write your IMEI and write back QCN.
If IMEI is blank or 0 then you can write it directly after enabling diag.
