it's not working with mobinil or vodafone or etselat in egypt

If your Device CID is Locked. you have to unlock its CID first. only then you can flash with any rom.

No Free Unlocking method available till date.

You have to buy unlocking code from net. please google it.

You can De brand easily your Excalibur. But no free unlock available till date.

To De brand, you must have to run Update SPL of Excalibur.

You can upgrade to following one.
