imate Jam microphone gone after fallen - GSM-Forum

i have i-mate Jam , was working fine until it fell on floor and now i cannot hear other person,while other peron hears me fine.. everything seems to work perfect except that no voice from handset so i can't hear when someone calls me .. handset speaker is not working properly now..
i have opened the handset and tried to check if something is broken or discarded.. but everything seems to be fine inside

any help?

if u have hand free ,conect it with set and check

its working fine wid handsfree

so wats prob? its o2 unlocked and iwas using orange sim, everytime i start it now, it installs cab files. *** know fromwhere. is that a prob?

NOTE:
sorry its Speaker problem not microphone.. mircophone working fine just handset speaker not working(the loud speaker works fine as i can hear music/video sounds) .. also handset works fine with handsfree.
