hi all i have htc arte200 was brought not powering the customer said he received a call after which the phone went blank and did not come up again now it is not powering i guess hardreset is not possible so how can i flash the phone any solution pls i have tried opening and heating the panel still does not power what do i do pls

If you can not get boot mode, nothing can be done with software.
