Had same fault on 3110c tried software flash first but did not work, if it is hardware fault you can rehot flash IC below processor, that worked 100% for me. good luck brother

Brother I had the same problem with four pieces 6300, tried all solution also in vain until I reball processor, all four phones tested 100%. hope it helps and don't lose hope.
