Hi. I tried update my card when i got smart card error failure -4 with hua dongle. I get :

it is original text copied from LOG. If you want to i can upload *.txt file but now i am not in office. I will do it tommorrow.

- Disconnect all other Boxes/Dongles (Smart-Card) from PC
- Update Smart-Card Reader drivers to latest version
- Disable Antivirus and Firewall
- DO NOT interrupt update process even if you think that software is freez !

Hello,

What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware

- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

hi,

i was working with aht when suddenly it crashed, i relaunch it and it won't start, neither the other hua team programs like hqt etc. smart card failure (4)
i tested BEST and cm2 and those are still ok.
i uninstalled HUA all softwares and reinstalled a fresh downloaded all in one, same problem still.
i ran dongle manager once and here is the log :

update dongle once again now, it should be ok.

and I suggest you to contact to Hua urgently because only Hua can say why their software act this way.
