Mr, well gets difficult, I N-box + HWK to several years never had problem with it but now gave error Box_auth_error 20, did procedure informed in forum, sent for my RESSELER and that was information I received . "This update not commercialized procedure exists in forums that repairs error case unable recommend doing one new purchase box n-box."

My RESSELER is Edermix. Please help me.

You should request again the FBI file from your reseller, since they must provide it to you.

Edermix insist that there is no solution.

You need to contact the reseller to who you paid money, not just any reseller.

Also note its your UFS reseller not HWK reseller should they be different.
